1. Acceptance
By using VenueView you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What VenueView is
VenueView is a ticket price comparison platform. We do not sell, issue, or fulfil tickets. All ticket purchases are made directly through third-party platforms (SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, StubHub, etc.). VenueView has no responsibility for those transactions.
3. Accuracy of pricing
Ticket prices and availability shown on VenueView are sourced from third-party APIs and may not reflect real-time availability. Prices may change between the time you view them on VenueView and when you complete a purchase on the source platform. VenueView makes no guarantee of price accuracy.
4. Affiliate links
Some links on VenueView may be affiliate links. If you purchase a ticket through one of these links, VenueView may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
5. User accounts
- You must be 18 or older to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must not use VenueView for any unlawful purpose
- You must not scrape, copy, or resell data from VenueView
6. Intellectual property
All VenueView branding, design, and original content is owned by VenueView. Ticket data is owned by the respective third-party platforms.
7. Limitation of liability
VenueView is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VenueView shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including failed ticket purchases made on third-party platforms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of VenueView after changes constitutes acceptance.
