VenueView ("we", "us", "our") is a ticket price comparison service operated at venueviewtickets.com. We are not a ticket seller. We compare prices from third-party platforms to help you find the best deal.

2. What data we collect

Account data: email address and password when you sign up
Usage data: events you search for, events you save, price alerts you set
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info collected automatically via Cloudflare
We do not collect payment information — all purchases happen on third-party ticket platforms

3. How we use your data

To provide and improve the VenueView service
To send price alerts you have opted into
To maintain your saved events and account preferences
To ensure the security of our platform
We do not sell your personal data to third parties

4. Third-party services

We use the following services which may process your data:

Supabase (database and authentication) — supabase.com/privacy
Cloudflare (security and performance) — cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, StubHub (ticket data sources) — we receive event and pricing data only, not your personal data

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies only to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and data
Withdraw consent at any time

7. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time. Search history is retained for 90 days.

8. Changes to this policy

We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of VenueView after changes constitutes acceptance.
